We provide investigative support for attorneys in criminal and civil cases. Our general services include discovery review and organization, interviews and interview reports, sworn statements, timelines, scene documentation, defense mitigation, post-conviction relief, witness location, skip tracing, asset searches, background checks, due diligence, record searches, and subpoena service.
Business Services
We work with employers to get to the bottom of problems in the workplace. Our customized and sensitive investigations provide professional and unbiased information about employee misconduct and/or evidence of criminal activity, such as fraud and embezzlement.*
Personal Services
Our personal private investigation services offer individuals discreet and professional assistance in resolving personal matters, protecting their interests, and obtaining peace of mind. We help clients with a wide range of concerns, to include missing persons, welfare checks, locating biological parents or relatives, investigating online scams or fraud, and conducting background checks. For divorce and custody matters with pending litigation, we will work with you and your attorney.*
*Our preference is to collaborate with attorneys to ensure we safely navigate all legal issues. In most cases, we will suggest you consult with your attorney before providing services. However, we understand that each situation is unique, and we will consider working directly with individuals on a case-by-case basis. Our ultimate goal is to protect the interests of our clients.
Next steps
When you are ready to take the next step, we’ll develop an investigative plan specific to your objectives and come to an agreement about the terms and funding needed to move forward. A retainer agreement and a paid, agreed-upon retainer amount will secure our services.
Rates
Our services are $135 per hour, plus mileage and expenses. We accept the court-appointed rates for federal and state defense cases.
